How long didn't i do exercise??
One year!!!!!
What knid of effect happened to me in this year??
I become sick easily!!!!
During this year，i caught heavy cold twice in last two month,and i became fatter and fatter.
It never been when i joined the Volleyball team.
Dam!!!
My physical stituation is going dowm..........
